Manicottis
Recette pour 1 oeuf.Une petite casserole pour friture avec la base d'un verre a moutarde d'huile
Vous devez avoir tout d'abord devant vous un rouleau de patisserie.
Une table bien propre et non collante.
Ingrédients
1 oeuf, 3 cuillères de farine
Mélangez bien ces ingrédients et arriver à faire une boule ni trop dure ni trop molle.
Il faut placer ensuite cette boule sur la table avec un peu la Maïzena, pour étaler la pate, qui doit être très fine.
Vous devez arriver a faire 6 manicottis.
Vous devez donc l'étaler comme un ruban.
Friture
Faites chaufer l'huile dans la petite casserolle.
Et à l'aide de 2 fourchettes, enroulez la pate en la tournant d'un bout à l'autre jusqu'à la formation d'une rose.
Miellez ensuite ce Manicotti
et parsemez de grains de sézame si vous aimez
